Reisetbauer’s high-quality range of noble brandies includes over 20 different varieties and offers not only the classics Williams, apricot or plum but also unusual varieties such as carrot, ginger or quince.
The raspberries are selected according to the highest quality standards; they must be fully ripe, highly aromatic and free of impurities.
From this high-quality raw material a mash is produced, which is fermented at approx. 16° Celsius.
By the way, 33 kg of mashed raspberries are needed for one litre of raspberry brandy.
