Description
Reservoir Distillery was founded by Jay Carpenter and Dave Cuttino in 2008 in Richmond, Virginia. The two founders’ craft whiskeys are made 100% in Virginia, using only grain from local farmers. Double distillation takes place on the grain in two custom stills, which is then followed by aging in Alligator Char 20 liter barrels. Unique to these whiskeys is that 100% of each is a single grain used for distillation.
Each bottle is numbered by hand and sealed with wax.
Reservoir Virginia Wheat Whiskey is made entirely from wheat.
