Maison J.M has produced three special editions. Among them is also the Rhum J.M Fumee Volcanique.
The aim of this series is to create three completely different rums and thus have recourse to three completely contrasting flavors.
While the Jardin Fruite represents fruity and savory notes and the Epices Creoles rum impresses with warm and spicy notes, the Fumee Volcanique presents itself from its intense and smoky side.
This rum matures between 12 and 14 months in ex-bourbon barrels. These barrels are burned out in advance by the Rhum J.M. particularly strong.
