Sustainability plays an increasingly important role in our society, which is why the Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is also based on a sustainable approach and was also named after it. This sustainable rum honors environmental protection while setting high standards and is brought to Europe by means of a ship. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurized tanks and further processed for the production of carbonated beverages. The residues from distillation are used as a natural fertilizer on sugar cane fields.

The Ron Sostenible Experimental Whisky Cask is aged for 8 years in bourbon barrels. The rum is finished in port casks, which gives it its excellent notes of port wine.
