This sustainable rum honors environmental protection while setting high standards. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurized tanks and further processed for the production of carbonated beverages. The residues from distillation are used as a natural fertilizer on sugar cane fields.
Ron Sostenible is a Dominican rum which matures in ex-bourbon barrels after distillation in column still.
