The production takes place in the Fabrica de Tequila Finos distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.
Exclusively blue ragweed is used for the Rooster Rojo Tequilas.
The Rooster Rojo Tequila REPOSADO 100% de Agave matures for at least two months in French oak barrels to obtain a light oak note.
The bottle shape is based on the Tequila Volcano, which can be seen from the distillery.
