Description
In 2020, the first locally produced premium gin in Vietnam. The Saigon Baigur is designed in Ho Chi Minh City.
The maceration takes 24 hours and for the distillation and steam infusion of the aromatic botanicals in the District 9 Distillery, they have specially procured a handmade Carterhead copper still from Europe.
The bottle shape is said to be reminiscent of a dragon’s egg from Vietnamese mythology.
Botanicals: Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, licorice root, fennel seed, star anise, Phu Quoc island pepper, Bird’s Eye chili, green and black Kadramom, Buddha’s hand, lotus flower, dragon fruit, cinnamon, lemongrass.
