The toasty, roasty aromas of fresh ground coffee, cocoa powder, molasses and licorice immediately entice, with a seam of citrus oil that weaves a sense of brightness throughout. The palate is loaded with rich, decadent chocolate- and roasted-malt flavors, with a lingering hint of sugar plum and raisin on the mildly astringent and bitter finish.
