The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc San Simeon is pleasantly spicy, with candied citrus and sour melon forming its bouquet. This soothes with its ripe orchard fruits and juicy acidity. It finishes fresh with a last tinge of minerality.

Candied aromas of lime sorbet, mango and guava are quite tropical on the nose of this bottling. The palate tastes like Juicy Fruit gum, almost showing sweetness.
