Description
Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in Valtenesi, on the western shore of Lake Garda. The land was already highly praised by the poets of antiquity for its fertility and microclimate. This region is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vineyards, olive trees and lemon orchards.
Scolari Munia Cuvee Spumante is obtained using white winemaking techniques. Fermentation takes place with selected yeast strains at 16°C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is chilled to -4°C. At the end it is filtered and transferred to a second autoclave using the isobaric technique.
