Description
The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero area in the municipality of Piobesi d’Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling license, the No 1 of the UTF.
Grappa Piemontese di Moscato is made from Moscato pomace from freshly harvested grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper stills, aging takes place for a long period in stainless steel tanks, which in turn is completed by aging in oak barrels.
