This process involves the targeted selection of specific distillations or batches from the distilleries, meticulous tasting of each cask and the bottling of only the highest quality casks from each batch.
Each Signatory bottle reflects the individual characteristics of a single cask – from taste and color to age profile. The uniqueness of each bottle of Signatory Scotch is guaranteed by precise details such as the date of distillation, the date of bottling and the cask and bottle number, providing connoisseurs with traceable quality and authenticity.
