Description
The Sikkim Gins combine Spanish innovation and English gin culture with Indian tea.
The distillation is done in old copper pot stills from the 19th century.
Strawberries are added to this gin to make it stand out from the crowd – and it does.
In addition to the strawberries already mentioned, botanicals such as Indian red tea, cranberries, coriander and the skins of bitter oranges are also added.
