Vintages Wine Panel: The Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet sources fruit from sites in the region’s hillsides, benchlands and valley floor, specifically from the winery’s Red Tail, Miraval and Geyserville Estate vineyards, and the wine is matured in casks produced in Silver Oak’s own cooperage. This much-loved Cabernet reliably delivers ripe dark fruit with a smoky vanilla and coconut undertone provided by the American oak barrels.
