In 2009 London’s first copper distillery in 189 years was established.

Sipsmith’s mission was simple: to bring London Dry Gin, in its uncompromising quality and character, back to the city that gave it its name.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin is handmade by distilling English barley with a selection of 10 botanicals.
