Description
A harmonious blend of corn, Colorado malt, and Colorado heirloom rye makes this a truly exceptional whisky. It is distilled in our handmade copper still and aged for at least three years in new, 53-gallon American Oak casks. Showcasing the trademark black cherry notes of high-country rye from the San Luis Valley alongside a classic bourbon sweetness, this is a whisky with unmistakable character. As with our flagship malt, all bourbon whisky is bottled as a single barrel expression. Tasting Notes: A nose of black cherry, almond extract, and Madagascar vanilla. On the palate, rich black cherry, toasted sugar, and vanilla cream soda. Finishes with white pepper and wildflower honey.
