This wine is streamlined and tight while still offering volume and character. It’s a lean-to mid-weight expression that peels back to pretty layers of yellow flower, citrus, almond, and crushed granite stone. Then, it explodes from the glass in an intense display of green citrus and notes of grapefruit, peppery herbs, caraway, and stone dust.
