Description
The Teeling Irish Whiskey Rum Cask impresses with its remarkably high malt content, a rarity that gives it an exceptional note. The careful maturation takes place in two phases: First, grain and malt whiskeys mature separately in ex-bourbon casks according to a specific 3:1 ratio of grain to malt. After this maturation period of up to six years, the whiskeys are brought together in small batches and receive a final finish in carefully selected American rum casks.
