Description
Tequila 123 represents founder and tequilero David Ravandi’s dedication to creating agave spirits that express complexity and delicate flavors. The tequilas are produced organically in local farms and then bottled in hand-blown recycled glass with recycled paper.
TRES Tequila is aged in oak barrels for eighteen months. The agaves are harvested by hand and slowly cooked in stone ovens. After a natural fermentation and distillation in small batches, a wonderful Anejo Tequila is created.
