Description
Balvenie has plenty of experience in double maturation, having brought the practise to prominence in the 1980s. This single malt starts its journey in in American oak casks and finishes in Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, which adds sweet notes of lavender, mandarin and dried figs to Balvenie’s classic honeyed style.
