Description
Succumb to the allure of enticing boysenberry-a seductively tart and jammy blend of ripe boysenberries wrapped in a velvety swirl of creamy vanilla. This luscious brew tantalizes your senses with each sip, offering a decadent dance between sweet and sour. Smooth, rich, and utterly captivating, it’s a taste experience you’ll crave long after the glass is empty.
“This is the first time I’ve seen this particular sour ale from The Bruery, and you know any sour ale from them is going to be good. This one is no exception. It pours a cloudy ruby color with a large, foamy, pink hued head. Bold vanilla and boysenberry aromas hit your tongue up front, followed by a citrusy sour character and some light bready malts. It has a medium-light body with a bright, medium level carbonation. The palate mirrors the nose on this one, although it’s less sweet than the nose leads on, and it has a moderately sour finish.” Review by Dan Chacon
