Description
Long ago, rye was used to make whisky in the USA because barley was not adapted to the climate there. Australia also has a dry climate where the same conditions prevail. Therefore, the Australians decided to make the whisky with 100% Australian rye.
The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is distilled twice. The maturation takes place for at least 3 years in burnt out barrels of American white oak and then in Australian wine barrels.
