TR Tállya Radicals are a group of friends passionate about Tokaj who decided to create a winery together in the village of Tállya in 2012. With the goal of highlighting the beautiful dry and sweet wines of Furmint and Hárslevelű, they have been working organically since the beginning. They describe themselves as part of the new Tokaji generation, making wines with vigor, unafraid of experimentation, with fresher, lighter tones.
This late harvest Tokaji wine is refreshing and balanced, with flavors like apricot, passion fruit, tangerine, lychee, pineapple and mint on the nose and mouth. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and aging in used 300 L Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months. Certified organic, vegan.
