1 oz Bourbon
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Caffo Vecchio Amaro del Capo
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
