Wayward Single Malt Whiskry is distilled by Venus Spirits in Santa Cruz, California. Made from a mash bill of 100% organic two-row crystal barley malt distilled on copper pot stills, Wayward Single Malt is aged near the ocean in new charred American oak barrels before bottling at 92 proof.  The nose gives scents of roasted malt and rich chocolate.  Sipping reveals flavors of sweet malt, caramel, vanilla, dry oak, and tobacco.  The finish lingers on earthy, savory notes of oak and tobacco.
