Description
The house was founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot and has specialized in the production of champagne ever since, with a focus on the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the death of her husband Francois Clicquot just two years after their marriage, Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin took over the management of the company in 1810. In 1986, Veuve Clicquot merged with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy. Jacques Peters is currently the company’s head winemaker. Veuve Clicquot’s motto, both then and now, is: “Only one quality – the best”.
The Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut Yellow Label, a harmonious composition of 28% Chardonnay, 56% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier, presents itself as an exquisite champagne with a storage potential of 3-4 years.
The Yellow Label matures for 12 months in wooden barrels. Carefully bottled and sealed with a natural cork, it guarantees a first-class enjoyment experience
