Description
This wine a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc, has been named after the funny animal represented on the label, a dressed wild boar with a grape in his hand. It’s a nice label for representing our Tuscan region. The intention is to provide a product which is easy todrink with the complexity and roundness of French varieties, without loosing the flavor and fresh quality of traditional Tuscan wine. This wine displays vibrant flavor and aromas, and is a pleasant wineto drink even if young. Both varietals are did fermented separately and after the Cingalino has been aged for 6 months in French one year used barrels of Lt. 225, which contribute to enhance the elegance. We recommend the wine with grilled meats, cheese and flavorful pasta dishes.
