Description
Founded in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham, Graham’s Port quickly established itself as one of the leading producers of outstanding port wines. A decisive turning point in the company’s history came in 1882, when Andrew James Symington moved to Porto and began a close collaboration with the Grahams. This partnership laid the foundations for a successful future. In 1970, Symington’s grandsons took over the company and continued to build its reputation as a top producer of port wines.
The W. & J. Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port (LBV), which is prized for its excellent quality, matures for between four and six years in oak barrels. During this time, the complex aromas that make this port wine so unique develop. The careful selection of grape varieties, including Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Francesa, contributes to its unmistakable taste profile.
With a fine acidity of 4.7 g/l, the LBV presents a harmonious balance between fruit, spice and structure, making it a real treat for port lovers.
