“For the fifth edition of “You Grow, Girl!”, the women of 4 Noses have brought the Montmorency cherry, key lime, and sea salt combination back as it was a popular one. This beer pours a semi cloudy, reddish-orange color with a large, fizzy, lightly pink hued head. On the nose you get light aromas of sweet cherry and tart lime, followed by tart and a little funky yeast esters and hints of grainy malts. The body sits at a medium-light weight while the carbonation is at a medium level and fairly bright, giving the beer some pop. The palate mirrors the nose on this beer and the slight funkiness of the yeast lingers briefly before the cherry resurfaces, rounding out the finish.” Review by Dan Chacon
