Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delicatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria during a vacation in Croatia in 2014. He was immediately impressed by the wide variety of fine spirits, the hospitality and the exquisite products of this distillery. This gave rise to the idea of dealing with imports.
Aura Delicatessen is a stable family business that has a total of 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.
Aura Fernet Amaro 78 is a Croatian herbal brandy made from 78 different ingredients, which is how it got its name. Self-grown herbs of the Aura distillery as well as citrus peels are used for the production and qualitatively processed with the help of an elaborate distillation process.
