Very complex nose dominated by aromatic herbs with subtle notes of cardamom and rhubarb.
Surprisingly refreshing taste, a perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The taste of citrus fruits such as grapefruit is noticeable at the beginning and then gives way to notes of caramel and aromatic herbs.
