Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple – A masterpiece of re-inventing history. Inspired by The Rev. Stiggins’ favourite tipple, Alexandre Gabriel and his Planteray Rum compatriots went about creating their very own modern Pineapple infused Rum. A tribute to the Charles Dickens character Reverend Stiggins, who preached temperance between nips of his beloved “pineapple rum.” Stiggins’ Fancy starts with the very tiny but very tasty Victoria pineapples, cut by hand; the barks of the pineapple are infused and redistilled in Planteray 3 Stars rum, while the sweet flesh of the fruit is immersed in our Original Dark rum.
