Stafford Hill, from Holloran Vineyards, offers outstanding value for handcrafted, small production wines. Stafford wines are produced from the same vineyards and use the same hands-on, traditional winemaking approach as Holloran wines. The Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from Holloran Le Chenaie Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills. Grapes are 100% destemmed and the wine is aged 11 months in 10% new French oak. It is soft, medium-bodied and super tasty. Organic.
