Baby, the nickname we wanted to use to identify the youngest of our Barberas, is this: a lively, instinctive, “natural” wine, which offers itself to us in full joy, to accompany us day after day, a trusted and sincere friend, in that wonderful world, varied and flexible, that is called Barbera! It has vinous, fresh aromas, with hints of wild berries. Ruby red in color, in the mouth it is dry and pleasantly provocative, the light acidity stimulates the tasting and captivates the palate. It is the typical all-meal wine, ideal with light foods, but which does not disdain even more challenging pairings, which its natural strength fully supports.

Plump and juicy dark fruits and a touch of baking spice make this a fun and easy wine. The palate is not as lively as the nose but easy on the palate. This shows the fun and easy side of Barbera.
