“The wine’s bouquet is still rather closed, and its black-cherry color offers added evidence of its youth. On the palate, a lively, spirited attack is followed by an attractive, supple structure and red fruit aromas. This is a perfect luncheon wine, whose round and soft tannins devoid of any harshness make it an ideal accompaniment to a light meal. Along with the charming, fruity aromas is a hint of austerity which will develop into a balanced expression beginning around 2009. This is a wine which should be decanted, as is the case with all young wines from great growths.” -The Winery
