Cleopatra Wines — formerly Persephone Wines — are made by Rachel Signer on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
100% Sangiovese, fermented for 7 days on skins before pressing into a 300L barrel and a large demi-john.
