Description
Golden, fruity, and oh so smooth.
“You don’t see very many Belgian Tripels being brewed with fruit additions, but the combination of the fruit flavors with the Belgian yeast character works well here. This beer pours a lightly cloudy golden color with a small fizzy white head. Sweet, yet lightly tart, peach aromas hit your nose up front, followed by Belgian yeast esters and bready malts. The carbonation and body both sit at a medium level and the beer has a slightly dry finish. Peach flavors hit your tongue up front, but lighter than on the nose, followed by fruity Belgian yeast, bready malts and a light bitterness on the mid-palate. Hints of pear come through on the finish with some more peach, and a light booziness before finishing slightly dry.” Review by Dan Chacon
