Description
Monopole Rioja is a white wine made from Viura grapes harvested from CUNE’s vineyards and vineyards owned by their usual Rioja Alta suppliers. The main grape variety is Viura grown on head-trained vines in fresh, clay soils. All work is carried out by hand, including the grape harvest. This wine is gentle pale yellow-green in color. Seductive scents of spring, white flowers and fresh tropical fruit lead into a luxurious palate with just the right amount of acidity to convey a lasting freshness. An ideal companion for seafood, especially fish.
