Description
Dellavalle’s Piedmont grappas provide an overview of Piedmont’s viticulture and winemaking.
The marcs are distilled separately in small stills through a non-static process.
This process ensures a “soft” treatment of the marcs, so that the original flowers can be preserved.
Refinement takes place in stainless steel barrels and in oak barrels for 12/18 months.
The typical grape variety of Veneto is distilled in small stills with the discontinuous method, which ensures a gentle treatment of the marcs, preserving the single original aromas.
A refinement of 12 to 18 months takes place in oak barrels.
