This organic Chardonnay from Rully comes from the 1er cru site of Les Margotés and is produced at the hands of one of Burgundy’s best producers. Notes of yellow apple, apricot skin, pear, and honeyed almonds burst from the wine’s lively palate. 18 months of lees aging without batonnage adds texture and pleasant weightiness to the wine.
