Vinified in cuve – aged 9 months in barrel 10% new oak; sandy top soil with clay limestone base; Lovely spicy oak, grilled meat and ripe red cherries in the nose. This is structured and savory wine on the palate with darker fruits such as blackberry, pepper and toasty oak throughout. A wine that can lay down for 7 years minimum.
