Description
The property is located very close to the coast overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The grape varieties used in the Domaines Ott Clos Mireille Rose are typical of the Cotes de Provence.
The fully ripe grapes of this rose are picked by hand and strictly selected before fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 8 months, which gives it its slightly spicy and stylish taste.
This rose wine, as well as the Bandol Coeur de Grain, are the rarest of all rose versions that the producers launched.
