• Vine Age: Average of 40 years (as of 2023)
• Terroir: From various parcels representing the domaine’s terroirs. Facing south and southeast, on steep slopes (up to a 45% grade). Kimmeridgian soils embedded with oyster fossils.
• Viticulture: Organic (certified, 2015)
• Vinification: 10-20% whole cluster, 2-3 week ambient yeast fermentation with pumpovers, aged for 8-12 months in used barrels, SO2 added a few months before bottling, approx. 25-30 ppm total at bottling.
