On the palate it is a wine with a medium to full body, good structure and acidity, easy to drink, balanced and expressive. Ideal wine to pair meat and vegetables on the barbecue. Also perfect for pasta and rice dishes. Great with hors d’oeuvres.

This deep garnet colored wine offers aromas of pomegranate, hillside herbs and black olive paste. It is bright at first sip with flavors of cranberry and raspberry, then a layer of velvety tannins coats the palate bringing notes of bittersweet chocolate, roasted yellow pepper, and violet. As tannins drop away, notes of orange zest and white chocolate alight on the tastebuds and stick around into a long finish.

This has super intense fruit aromas and a really saturated, cassis, dark-cherry and plum palate with such silky and soft, ripe tannins. A blend of monastrell, syrah and petit verdot. Drink or hold. – J.S.
