“The nosing passes find luscious notes of dark chocolate, toffee and hemp with fruity elements added in the latter sniffing stages. The palate entry tastes are biscuity and vanilla bean- and toffee-like; at midpalate the flavors turn resiny and rancio-like, citrusy, and caramel corn concentrated. Finishes with a seductive maple-like flavor. A fabulous small batch Bourbon.”
