Description
Golden yellow color underlined by a string of sparkling bubbles. Mineral and floral nose, even pastries. Rich balanced palate in which lightly toasted brioche and exotic fruits unite to a harmonious finish. An aperitif Champagne that should be served chilled at around 8 °.

(roughly 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay, all from Sillery): Light gold. Toasty pear, melon and nectarine aromas are complemented by yellow rose and sweet butter. Chewy and broad on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering bitter pear skin and pit fruit flavors and a hint of ginger. Closes smoky and very long, with lingering spiciness and a hint of redcurrant.
