Description
Gonzalez Byass is one of the most famous sherry bodegas in Spain. In 1835 the company was founded by Manuel Maria Gonzalez.
The grapes for the production of Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximenez Nectar Sherry come from their own vineyards. After harvesting, the berries are dried traditionally in the sun for about ten days. The maturation takes place in the traditional solera and criadera system.
