Description
The fine and steady bubbles rise gracefully to the surface. The color is pale golden. The nose, both mineral and floral, reveals aromas of flowers, white fruits, apricots, Mirabelle plum and very light notes of lemon, citrus fruits, quince jelly, honey and star anise. In the mouth, one will be seduced by the saltiness and iodine touch typical to the champenois terroir. White flowers mingle with a hint of toastiness.
