Leo Hillinger took over the winery from his father in 1990. Since the handover, he has continued to develop his company. Today, Hillinger wine is internationally renowned.
Hillinger has been pursuing organic viticulture since 2010.
Hillinger Hill Angel Rose is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. After pressing, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C and is then stored on the fine lees for two months. This gives it its characteristic and fruity profile. The rose has a storage potential of up to two years and is sealed with a natural cork.
