Leo Hillinger took over the winery from his father in 1990. Since the handover, he has continued to develop his company. Today, Hillinger wine is internationally renowned.
Hillinger has been pursuing organic viticulture since 2010.
Hillinger Hill Angel White is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After pressing, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16°C and then matured for two months on the fine lees. These careful steps give the wine its characteristic freshness and texture. With a storage potential of 2 years, the wine is traditionally sealed with a natural cork.
